| Colony Hardware Signs 102,000 SF Industrial Lease in Orange, CT |

Lighthouse Real Estate Ventures has signed Colony Hardware Corporation, a distributor of tools, equipment and safety products, to a 102,000-square-foot industrial lease in Orange, CT.
Colony Hardware is relocating its operations from 15 Stiles Street in New Haven, CT to the stand-alone building at 269 Lambert Road in Orange, CT, which is located directly off I-95's Exit 41. CBRE's Michael Dillon and Matt O'Hare represented Lighthouse in the lease transaction. Colony Hardware was represented by Lou Proto of The Proto Group. "Lighthouse Real Estate's full-building transaction at 269 Lambert Road marks the largest industrial deal in the Town of Orange and the largest industrial lease signed in New Haven County in 2011," said Dillon. The building is located in the Executive Business Campus Park, which is less than one mile from Exit 41 on Interstate 95.. Source: CBRE
