Gazeley, a leading global developer of high quality, cost effective logistics space today announced the leasing of the complete Phase 1 of the Gazeley Beichen Logistics Park, a 24,000 square meter space in Tianjin, China, to the world’s largest food and beverage company, Nestle.

The two parties negotiated a build-to-suit lease agreement under which Gazeley will also manage the installation of a cold-storage cell and specialised racking systems to suit the Nestle’s unique fit-out requirements.

Pradip Overseas to develop industrial estate near Ahmedabad PDF Print E-mail

Textile maker Pradip Overseas Ltd, which has withdrawn from the proposed special economic zone at Bhamsara, 50 km from Ahmedabad, has instead announced its plans to develop the land it bought over the last 10 years into an industrial estate.

The industrial estate could potentially attract investments of Rs 3,500 crore.
