Global Logistics Properties Limited (“GLP”), one of the world’s largest providers of modern logistics facilities, with a market-leading presence in China and Japan, announces that it has signed a new lease agreement of approximately 39,000 square metres (“sqm”) (419,800 square feet (“sq ft”)) to Arata Corporation (“Arata”), a major Japanese wholesale company, for a consumer goods distribution centre in GLP Settsu in Greater Osaka, Western Japan. 

Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD), the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced two new lease agreements totaling 227,979 square feet (21,180 square meters) in Osaka, Japan. The leases were signed with two repeat customers: ASKUL, a leading online retailer of office supplies; and a major third-party logistics provider.

Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD), the leading global provider and operator of logistics infrastructure, today announced it has signed two build-to-suit agreements in China, one with DHL and the second with Deppon, totaling approximately 460,000 square feet (42,745 square meters). Construction will begin in November and is expected to be completed by August 2013.  

Prologis, Inc. (NYSE: PLD), the leading global owner, operator and developer of industrial real estate, today announced that it has signed a build-to-suit agreement with Rakuten, Inc. for an approximately 810,000 square foot (75,251 square meter) building in Osaka, Japan. Construction is scheduled to begin in November and is expected to be completed by November 2013.
