Goodman Group (Goodman or Group), the global integrated property group which owns, develops and manages industrial space, today announced that it has signed over 100,000 sqm of new leases during the first four months of 2013 across its China portfolio, maintaining total occupancy at 96%.

Global Logistic Properties Limited (“GLP”), one of the world's leading providers of modern logistics facilities, with a market-leading position in China, Japan and Brazil, today announced that it has signed approximately 15,000 square metres (“sqm”) (162,000 square feet (“sq ft”)) of new leases with a third party logistics provider in Changzhou, Eastern China. With the new lease, the occupancy rate for GLP Park CND, GLP’s first development in Changzhou, has reached 97% within three months of its completion.
