Goodman Group announces the appointment of Kristof Verstraeten as Commercial Director Continental Europe. The appointment comes as part of a major reorganisation of the Group’s European management team driven by the growth of its European business, both in terms of assets under management as well as the volume of development projects.

Kristof is now responsible for all commercial operational matters across the continental European markets where Goodman is present; this includes asset and property management, development and capital transactions. He continues to report to Danny Peeters, CEO Goodman Continental Europe.

 

Four Regional Directors will report directly to Kristof: Jean-François Mounic, Regional Director Southern Europe (France, Italy and Spain); Andreas Fleischer, Regional Director Germany and Błażej Ciesielczak, Regional Director Poland and Roger Peters, who joined Goodman on 1 May is Regional Director Northern and Eastern Europe.

In other changes to the senior management team Patricia Vande Vyvere becomes Director Asset Management, replacing Rob Salerno who will move to an asset management role for Goodman’s UK Logistics business. Dominiek Van Oost becomes Chief Operating Officer and General Counsel and has responsibility for Legal; Human resources; Marketing and IT departments.

About Kristof Verstraeten

Kristof joined Goodman in 2007 as Director of Capital Transactions and Regional Director Germany.

Prior to that he was Associate Principal at McKinsey and Company in Brussels where he co-led the European Logistics practice group. Kristof holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Louvain and an MBA from the Vlerick Business School.
