Erste Group Immorent was granted the construction permit for a new distribution center, IMMOPARK Praha, to be developed in the Czech Republic. The group thus continues to expand its European network of production, logistics and storage IMMOPARKs, after having developed IMMOPARK Zagreb as one of the largest logistics centers in Croatia and IMMOPARK Košice, in Slovakia’s second largest city.

Goodman to develop new logistics center for Daimler in Bremen PDF Print E-mail

Goodman, the integrated property company that owns, develops and manages logistics space globally, has commenced the construction of a new logistics center for Daimler AG in Bremen. The development, of approximately 33,000 m² at Hemelinger Hafen, will assist the production supply of the Mercedes Benz C and other models produced in Bremen.

Goodman develops a 32,200 sqm logistics facility in Berre-l’Etang PDF Print E-mail

Goodman, the global integrated property group that owns, develops and manages logistics facilities and business parks, is developing a 32,200 sqm logistics facility, including 1,600 sqm of associated office space, which has been pre-leased to a major distributor in the Euroflory zone of Berre-l’Etang.

Construction of the new facility, on seven hectares, commenced in October 2012, with handover scheduled for summer 2013.

Goodman, the global property group that owns, develops and manages logistics space, is developing a 22,000 sqm distribution centre for DSV at the Leipzig freight village (GVZ/ GVZ-Süd III).The project signals the start of the development of a larger logistics centre with three warehouse units and a total surface area of 50,000 sqm.
