Gazeley a leading global supplier of logistics warehouses and distribution parks has signed a major deal with logistics service provider, Rigterink, to develop a new build-to-suit warehouse close to Jena in Germany. As specialists in food logistics, Rigterink will use the 30,000 m² warehouse for storing, repackaging and distributing products for some of the world’s most recognized food brands.

Goodman Group (Goodman or Group) has announced that it is developing a highly energy efficient logistics centre for logistics service provider Rhenus in Linsengericht near Frankfurt. On completion, Goodman will also take responsibility for the subsequent management of the 22,000 sqm facility.

PointPark Properties (P3) announced the successful completion of a Built-To-Own project for Audia Plastics and its affiliates Washington Penn Plastic and Uniform Color Company. This warehouse and production facility is situated in Trnava-Voderady, Slovakia and comprises 17,200 m² of warehousing space, including 1,500 m² of offices.

USAA Real Estate Company announces the acquisition of 26 acres of land in Moreno Valley, California for the immediate development of a 522,772 square foot, state-of-the-art distribution center. Southern California-based Overton Moore Properties will act as developer for the project. Millie and Severson, Inc. will serve as contractor and the architect on the project is HPA, Inc.
