|P3 delivers Build-To-Suit project for PF Concept in Poznan three weeks early|

PointPark Properties (P3), the international developer and asset manager of modern logistics parks has announced completion of construction and delivery of a 23,000-m² class-A warehouse and production facility for PF Concept at PointPark Poznan.
The space was leased on a pre-agreement to PF Concept, the market leader in promotional products, creation and distribution. This P3 logistics and production park is located 10 km from the city of Poznan on the A2 highway (Warsaw to Berlin).
“Despite a complicated fit out process, we are very pleased to have delivered a quality product ahead of schedule. Our team has done a great job,” says Craig Maguire, P3 Managing Director.
“This Build-To-Suit project has been delivered quickly and efficiently with high class materials incorporating many environmental sustainable features, growing our ‘green offer’ which has been delivered elsewhere in Europe by P3. This allows our tenant’s to reduce energy costs,” says Damian Grzywacz, P3 Development Manager.
“Thanks to our close collaboration with the client and the smooth building process, we were able to complete construction three full weeks ahead of schedule and hand over the premises. We consider this an outstanding result of our relationship with PF Concept, and we look forward to further collaboration,” adds Grzywacz.
PointPark in Poznan is an ideal, efficient location for regional and border supply chains in Poland and all of Europe. The park as a whole offers up to 181,000 m² of warehouse space. The grand opening of the building for PF Concept will take place in Q3 2011.
